Solution Property Group Does
$20 Million Lowe's Deal in Savannah

Martin Sinderman

Home improvement giant Lowe’s has purchased Crossroads Distribution Center, a 491,000-square-foot cross-dock shell distribution building located in Crossroads Business Park in Savannah, for $20 million. The seller was Atlanta-based developer Solution Property Group, which completed the building earlier this year. Lowe’s will utilize the facility to store imported items coming through the Port of Savannah from Asia, prior to moving them on to the company’s regional distribution centers in Charlotte, Valdosta, and other locations. Mal Hill negotiated the deal on an in-house basis for Solution Property Group; Lowe’s was represented by Terry Brennan of Charlotte-based Trinity Partners LLC.
