Solution Property Group purchased this former AT&T call center in 2007 and renovated the asset on a speculative basis. We attracted Quintiles to a 212,000 SF lease for a long term. The asset was marked and sold to an NY based investment group. Mal Hill and Nathan Schroeder managed the leasing and construction process.
